3. Customer Responsibilities

Avoid sharing confidential information (e.g., Aadhaar number) over WhatsApp

4. WhatsApp Communication

By initiating contact or providing your mobile number, you agree to receive service-related messages such as:

Booking confirmations
Delivery updates

REKYC notifications
General service alerts

You can opt out anytime by sending STOP on WhatsApp.

We do not use WhatsApp for unsolicited marketing.

Delivery timings may vary based on operational factors
System outages, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may affect updates
Messages may be delayed due to network issues beyond our control

We are not responsible for losses arising from delays or non-delivery of notifications.
